Multnomah Falls

SHEER DROP AT MULTNOMAH FALLS

Located off a major highway, I have to say that Multnomah Falls have the strangest location. The direct consequences of this being that parking is extremely limited, but it does make an excellent break in a long stint of driving.
There is a long path that takes you up higher and closer to the Falls. I do believe if you follow it all the way up it might take you near the top. As you may have guessed, we didn't go that far. The best view is perhaps from the bridge from where you can see both the waterfall and the view behind you.
